Eligibility

The Tech for Good SEIS and EIS Fund 5 is only open to investors who can elect to be treated as professional clients as defined by the FCA.
To qualify as an elective professional client, you must meet at least two of the following criteria:

You have carried out transactions, in significant size, on the relevant market at an average frequency of 10 per quarter over the previous four quarters

The size of your financial instrument portfolio, defined as including cash deposits and financial instruments, exceeds EUR 500,000

You have relevant knowledge of the risks associated with the transactions or services envisaged. (This could include having been directly involved as a director or significant shareholder in a high risk startup, or having worked in a relevant professional position for at least one year.)
